a. Applications of Manual Molding Silicone Rubber:
Manual Molding Silicone Rubber is mainly used for model design of manual mold, PVC plastic molds, cement products, low melting point alloy molds, alloy toys, plastic toys, electronics, handicrafts, stationery, large-scale sculpture, reproduction of cultural relic, shoe sole molds, pad printing allocation, Electronic equipment anti-vibration, etc.

b. Model Codes of Manual Molding Silicone Rubber:
HY-528# is applicable to make molds of smaller products and the production will be 2-3 pieces.
HY-540#, compared to other two types, for its moderate hardness and better quality & performance, its production will be 20-30 pieces.
HY-570# is applicable to large size products duplications and Electronic equipment anti-vibration.
c. Operation Instructions for Manual Molding Silicone Rubber:
RTV-2 Manual Molding Silicone Rubber is a flowable liquid, and the quality has nothing to do with the color. It consists of two components. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-3 hours.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3 to 5 mins, otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum zing, it will not be operated.

How to prevent silicone manual molds getting sticky?
The main reason for this problem is that you do not handle the products or original molds well, and then you should deal with the original mold or products carefully before molding. Such as for the products with a complicated pattern or an unsmoothed surface, you should polish and clean the products after which it will be molded, then spray the release agent. Normally, the release agent can be Vaseline, detergent. Liquid wax Etc. In practical process, you can bush different release agent according to different material.
The second reason is that the operator pours the silicone into the mold when the mixture is mixed evenly, then the finish silicone mold will not cure and dry entirely.

The silicone rubber mold has few molding times is due to following reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have deformation. If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.

(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicon mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould.)

Why the
printed pattern is incomplete or not clear

1. If the
silicon pad is too hard while the pattern is very delicate or small, the
printing patterns will be incomplete or not very clear, for in that way the
silicon pad could not adsorb the printing ink from the steel plate well. If
your pattern is very delicate or small, please use soft silicon pad for pad
printing.

2. If the
percentage of water in the ink is very high, the printing pattern also will be
incomplete, and spot may appeared. For this situation, please clean your ink
box, or change the printing ink or Tianna water.

silicine rubber for manual moid is flowing liquid with consistant
quality in whatever color. It consists of two components, wherein component A
is silicone rubber, and component B is curing agent or vulcanizing agent.
Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated,
take certain amount of the silicone rubber, add 2-3% solidifying agent, and mix
evenly for use. One mold pair can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours. The
formed mold can be used repeatedly without deformation and water shrinkage and
with high temperature resistance, thereby providing fast duplication of the
product with a product shrinkage 2. The 418 manual mold silicon is mainly applicable
to manual molds and small number of product duplication.

Operation Instruction of RTV silicone rubber

1. The manual mold silicon is applied to small products or products with
fine patterns. The mold for the fine detailed and small products should
be made of soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when
demoulding.

2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of
